Cozy family retreat with surprises

Waking up every morning to the extensive breakfast buffet was good! The kids loved the nearby play area, while we appreciated the spacious rooms with lovely views.

We encountered issues with cleanliness upon arrival and the sauna had odors that detracted from our experience. The pool area felt crowded and not very relaxing.

Spent a pleasant week with my family at Cornelia Beautiful. The breakfast spread impressed us with its variety. Fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes offered something for everyone. The spacious apartment had a lovely view from the terrace, and the kids enjoyed the play area right outside. The stay wasn't without its issues. We faced several cleanliness concerns in our room, with dust present upon arrival. The spa facilities could use better maintenance. The sauna had strong odors that were off-putting. We also struggled with the shuttle service-only two departures a day weren't enough, especially during peak ski hours.

thank you for a very nice stay. it is a wonderful hotel with nice interior design, excellent location adjacent to the mountain, the foothills, and next door complex restaurant. the deluxe apartment is well-maintained, we also liked exceptional views. the property staff is absolutely kind and pleasant.

We'd a braw time! The sauna and pool were cracking for chilling out after a day in the snow. Only downside was the spa could've been a wee bit cleaner. a great spot to unwind and enjoy the stunning mountain views.

The spacious one-bedroom apartment offered a nice view from the balcony.

The sofa bed was horrendously uncomfortable, with my six-year-old unable to get a decent night's sleep on it. The kitchen only included minimal items like three mugs and two glasses, lacking basic tableware, disappointing. The leaking bathtub created a slippery hazard on the bathroom floor, and accessing the spa from the annex required an uncomfortable outdoor trek, especially in winter. The pool was too small for the number of guests.

The room I stayed in had a broken bathroom fan, and the noise from it was unbearable. I was shocked to find the sofa bed was so uncomfortable that it left me with back pain all night. I faced unfriendly service from the reception staff, who seemed annoyed by my simple requests.

The breakfast featured a large variety of fresh fruits and pastries daily. Unfortunately, cleanliness needed improvement in the rooms.

The spa facilities, especially the swimming pool with mineral water, were amazing. The food was delicious with many fresh options, and the location is perfect, right next to the balkan jewel restaurant. The staff was friendly and always ready to help.
